1. Physical Changes:

   • Goku's hair grows extremely long, flowing down to his lower back.
   • His eyebrows vanish, giving him a more intense and primal look.
   • His aura becomes fiery and electric, surrounded by intense yellow energy with bolts of blue lightning.

2. Behavioral Changes:

   • Goku's voice deepens slightly, and his personality in this form is more focused and serious due to the immense energy required to maintain it.

1. Power Increase:

   • Super Saiyan 3 drastically boosts Goku’s strength, speed, and durability, surpassing the power levels of Super Saiyan 2.
